Throughout the year, the Convention & Visitors Bureau receives marketing opportunities, such as radio or print advertisements, that provide co-opportunities. There are also opportunities for joint co-op through public relations, travel writers and the general visitor communications that the CVB offers to partners. 

The following opportunities are currently available:


Hot Tip: Mother's Day Getaway for NBC's "Today" show

Deadline: Noon April 11, 2012

Travel + Leisure magazine is seeking information on Mother’s Day getaway packages for an editor’s appearance on NBC’s “Today” show. Packages should be affordable and ideally will include activities. Examples of activities include passes to area attractions, spa treatments/wellness classes, a round of golf, etc

For a Mother’s Day getaway to be considered for the segment, please send the following information:

  1. Name of the package 
  2. Detailed description of package components
  3. Price per night
  4. Approximate retail value or savings
  5. Book-by dates and other restrictions
  6. High-resolution images or b-roll should be available (not necessary to send at this time)

Real. Fun. Beach Club. Offers

The Real. Fun. Beach Club. card makes it easy for visitors to come play in Panama City Beach with offers and deals exclusive to cardholders.  If your business would like to participate by offering an exclusive deal please upload your deal:
www.visitpanamacitybeach.org/beach-club/.  Blackout dates can be included. 

A call to action to sign up for the Real. Fun. Beach Club. card will be implemented in Spring digital advertising.

Giving Tanks
The PCB CVB will again run the Giving Tanks promotion this spring and summer.  As Americans continue to feel pain at the pump, PCB will be enticing visitors to drive in this summer for a fun-filled getaway by rolling out a destination-wide “Giving Tanks” promotion. If your property is offering a gas-related deal please submit it to Susan Estler.
